Anton Rosen

Born and raised in Orsa, Sweden, Anton has had a lifelong passion for hockey. He began his youth hockey journey playing for Örebro HK in Sweden. His talent and determination earned him the opportunity to cross the Atlantic and play Prep School Hockey at Northwood School, where he spent two years honing his skills.

Anton then advanced to play NCAA hockey at SUNY Fredonia, where he enjoyed four years of collegiate hockey. Unfortunately, his playing career came to an abrupt end due to a career-ending injury that caused him to collapse on the ice. Despite this life-changing moment, Anton turned adversity into opportunity, choosing to follow his dream of coaching and giving back to the game he loves.

Since then, Anton has become a vital part of STJ Hockey, most recently leading the 10U team to win both the CBHL and AHF titles. His coaching philosophy emphasizes teamwork, skill development, and creating a positive environment for young athletes to thrive both on and off the ice.
